We can add a custom decal or insert to your bar to display your event logo; plus, a bar doesn't only have to be for the drinks! Use it as your event check-in station.

    Acrylic Bars with Custom Decals

We can also customize your event's bar with a decal of your wedding, company, or event's logo!

    Light Up Bars

Let these bars illuminate your event when the lights go down!

    Abstract Patterned Bars

Bars like these will be the focal point of any room with their funky and textured patterns.

  • Event Spotlight: Annie Oakley Society Luncheon

We hold the Annie Oakley Society close to our hearts at Eventures because our own Mary Ellen Alexander is one of their founding members, while our President, Whitney Tatum, is on the Little Sure Shot Leadership Team. They dedicate their time and effort to this wonderful and giving society that benefits educational programs for the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum.

"I was extremely honored to be asked to be a founding member and a part of the Annie Oakley Leadership Team. Being a part of this fundraiser knowing all the money is focused on building an educational experience for all is amazing!"

Part of the Eventures team attended the event and showed their support for the Annie Oakley Society.

This society's goal is to celebrate strong women and their achievements. One of Annie Oakley's famous quotes, "Aim High and Dream Big," was displayed on screens at the Luncheon to remind guests; they can do anything if they put their mind to it. Mary Ellen pushes this motto on our team because she started with a dream and has transformed that dream into the ever growing Eventures!

This year's event design was inspired by spring fashion runways! The stage displayed white cutouts of palm trees giving the event a fresh, tropical vibe. The elegant blush draping brought the strong femininity that all of the Annie Oakley Society's members possess, while the white details of the linens and table setting kept it modern and bright.

Eventures' team of creative ladies are always finding inspiration through art, fashion, and the world around us. We would love to get inspired and create a unique event for you!

  • Incorporating the 5 Senses Into Your Event

Touch, sight, sound, taste, and smell. We use them every day without realizing it. Eventures also uses the five senses to create memorable events!

Take a look at how we incorporated the 5 sense into this recent event!

    Touch

Different textured linens and chair covers appealed to guests' sense of touch while they enjoyed conversation and the event presentation.

    Sight

This geometric display added depth and dramatic lighting to the stage. Paired with draping and larger than life screens, this stage had an impressive impact!

    Sound

The band performed in the center of the room which gave emphasis to this sense with a "surround sound" experience.

    Taste

Guests were provided with a dessert that was both visually alluring and delicious to eat. A special treat is always a great way to appeal to your guests' taste buds!

    Smell

Low scent flowers were used to maintain a light but pleasant aroma during this simple, yet elegant event. You can punch up your guests' interaction with this sense through fragrant flowers or the aroma of a delectable dinner!

Whether you're planning a social party, corporate event, or fabulous wedding, the design team at Eventures is ready to delight the senses at your next event!

When it comes to planning the perfect summer soiree, it's so important to focus on guest comfort and creating a beautiful and fun space.

There are lots of great ways to keep your guests happy such as using a shaded space, bringing in an outdoor air conditioner, and using lovely, relaxing furniture.

Providing an outdoor lounge area for your guests is a great way to keep them content in the summer heat.

Lighting is an essential part of setting an ambiance for your outdoor event. Bistro bulbs are perfect for adding soft light to light up the summer night sky.
