This year’s theme for the Starlight Ball was under the big top.
To create a circus tent indoors we started with the color palette of a classic
carnival -- circus tent red, black, and white. We then added oversized
red draping to the entrance and plenty of smaller tents inside that each housed
its own individual game venue. There was even a fortune teller giving
The night began with rock candy martinis garnished with sticks of
the colorful candy. With drinks in hand, guests were greeted by our very
own ring master dressed up in full costume. Once inside, circus
performers dazzled and amazed with hula hoop tricks, stilt walking, and even an
aerial acrobatics show. Afterwards, guests headed to the game tables to
test their luck at plinko, bottle toss, mallet smash, spin the wheel and more.
In between the fun, guests had the opportunity to sample the food from
the buffets featuring elevated fair classics like gyros, waffle fries, and
plenty of candy. There was even a candy station to allow guests to take
home a treat, or two. As the night came to a close guests moved onto the dance
floor where the DJ was perched above to keep the party going and everyone
It was an honor to be a part of this wonderful fundraising event
which helped raise donations for the Children's Hospital Foundation. We
